InvoiceSasa is a free tool for making invoices and receipts that fit how business works in Kenya: prices in shillings, KRA PIN fields, 16% VAT when you need it, and room for your M-Pesa Paybill or Till number.
Why it exists
Most invoice makers are built for other countries. They either ask you to sign up first or leave out the details Kenyan customers expect. InvoiceSasa keeps it simple: fill in the form, check the preview, save the PDF.
Your data
Everything you type stays in your own browser. We do not upload your invoices or keep copies. See the privacy policy for details.
What it is not
InvoiceSasa is a document tool. It does not submit anything to KRA and is not tax, legal or accounting advice. If you need to use eTIMS or another approved system, check the current rules for your business.
