What we collect
InvoiceSasa does not ask you to create an account, and the details you type into an invoice or receipt (names, addresses, KRA PINs, amounts, payment details) are not sent to our servers. They are kept in your browser's local storage on your own device so the form is still filled in next time. You can clear them with the "Clear form" button or by clearing your browser data.
Cookies and advertising
This site may show ads served by Google AdSense. Google and its partners use cookies to show ads based on your visits to this and other websites. You can manage personalised advertising at Google Ads Settings or opt out through your browser settings.
Analytics
We may use privacy-conscious analytics to see which pages are visited. This data is aggregated and does not include the content of your invoices.
Third-party services
Fonts may be loaded from Google Fonts. These requests may share your IP address with Google, as with any website that uses hosted fonts.
Children
The site is meant for business use and is not directed at children.
Your rights
We aim to handle personal data in line with Kenya's Data Protection Act, 2019. Because we do not store your invoice content, there is nothing for us to retrieve or delete. For any other privacy question, contact us.
